MetCap Living Management Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting Administrator at our Downtown Toronto office.

MetCap Living Management Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting Administrator at our Downtown Toronto office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation including journal entries
- Maintain bank working papers with supplementary backups for audit trail purposes
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with accounts payable/revenue accountant/operations to ensure that bank discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed
- Other ad hoc reports and tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with experience in Property Management preferred
- Proficient Excel skills; Yardi Voyageur systems an asset
- Self-directed and takes initiative
- Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Punctual, strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
